I had a very positive experience working with Coltyn. The test drive went well, he was quick to respond, and very good at working to compromise while negotiating. When discussing pricing for cars, I was provided an out the door number with… and without additional services without needing to ask.

by Julie on 05/26/2020I was told that this car had a four year warranty. I made an appointment for an oil change with the concerns I had for it. When I got there, no one greeted me and I sat there in my car for about ten minutes even though four different… employees were at their podiums. I was told there was nothing they could do about my weather shield breaking off while driving. I was told I would have to contact Ford about a sensor issue I was having. An employee helped me at the end and was very kind, had someone run me a report of how much new tires would be and when I would need them but he could not look up my warranty. He said he would call me that day or the next day and let me know if I really did have a warranty on the car. He never called me. I was surprised that it took over an hour for an oil change. That was as much my fault as anything as I didn’t ask how long it would be. Why did I pay for a warranty if I have to take it to Ford for a minor issue? Appreciated the one kind employee that helped me. Wish he would have called back like he said he would.Great service!

The waiting area was clean and comfortable with WiFi and plenty of plugs for me to continue my work away from the office. An assistant… handed out fresh baked cookies and popcorn to the customers, my mom doesn’t even do that anymore! They were amazing in case you were curious. Before I knew it I was back in my car. Great fast customer service! Consequentially, the Complimentary car wash was down for repairs that day, but that’s not why I took my car there. I would recommend Karl Malone Toyota for all my repairs and maintenance, but unfortunately Toyota makes an exceptionally well engineered car!Great service.

by Average at best on 01/17/2020I don't like or want those rock chip sales guys trying to pitch me on repairs "That will only take 5 minutes and free of charge if you have full coverage insurance" literally every time I go in there for maintenance. I have zero interest… and despise my time being wasted. Customers need to be given the option when we first check-in to opt out of that garbage. Also, today is the second time that my tire pressure light came on within minutes after leaving my appointment. I find that quite the coincidence that it's occurred twice immediately after maintenance being done. I filled the tire pressure myself after the first time it happened and I've reset the sensor/light when I got home this second time. I'll see if the sensor goes off again when I drive again later today. I don't know if corners are being cut by the service technicians or not but that all seems a little too coincidental to happen immediately after leaving your service center, twice!
