    Everything went good after the negotiation. Only negative I can give was they wouldn't give me any pricing or negotiate until I signed for a credit check and had to tell them I would buy the car that day. Typical car sales tactics for the big dealerships in particular. Can't ever blame staff for performance they train them very well to do what they do and that is to get you to take a vehicle that day. If they have the exact car in stock I want I would go back. Everyone was respectful to me. Finance & Paperwork was the most efficient I've had yet from a car buying experience.

    Andy was a pleasure to deal with right from the start. He explained exactly what he was going to do and exactly what it was going to cost. The parts actually showed up sooner than expected and the work was done flawlessly! I would recommend Performance Ford to all my friends and certainly to go see Andy.     I I originally had a newer salesman that was excellent good rapport and personality. Due to a complication he ended up being unavailable when I followed up the next day regarding the same vehicle I was looking at the day before. Since he was no longer available, there was a last-minute shuffle and some confusion initially about who was to take his place, however, One someone was assigned to me the experience was excellent. The salesman offered routes I hadn't even considered for a newer truck I hadn't even seen and after that process. We finished up with some sailing for the doc process.

    Andy was awesome in the service department.i have had a lot of problems at other dealers but this was a very pleasant experience and will be doing business with you people again in the near future. Thank you very much for great service all the way around.

    New 2015 F-150: When heater is on, the defroster and side vents also come on full strength with very little air flow to floor heater. Defroster and side vents won't turn off making the upper cabin excessively hot and the floor and feet remain freezing cold. The Service Dept people were amazing, super helpful, did everything by the book, replaced the actuator motor door etc. But the "Ford recommended fix" did not fix the problem. Floor and feet stay cold, have to drive with windows down in winter to sweep the hot air from upper cabin area. Very uncomfortable. I do ot recommend 2015 F-150's to anyone living in cold climates. My F-350's heater works beautifully. Hope Ford finds a fix for the F-150 before next winter or will trade it in for a Chevy.

    Brittany was very helpful and courteous. We spoke several times on the phone and she was super each time. Tires rotated, oil change, slow leak repaired, all for very economical price, plus I had earned some reward $$$. Very cool!

    Feels like my car's alignment was worse after I left than before I got there. Just got oil changed. They recommended two new tires and a ball joint / control arm replacement, but I didn't go for that on this visit. Now my car seems to pull harder to the right than it did before I took it to get my oil changed.

    The sales team was very helpful and worked with us on a final package deal that allowed us to get a great F-150. The sales team followed up to make sure everything was ok and promised to take care of any issues.

    2016 F150 Platinum. The customer service was excellent. We brought our new truck to have a bed liner and wheel well covers added. Andy checked in with us throughout the day to give us status updates. The truck looked great when we picked it up. The job was really well done.

    Brittany was awesome at communicating with me throughout the service process. I had warranty work done and she explained everything and did the best she could to get me the best rate for all non-warranty items serviced. I was expecting my vehicle to be in the shop for 2 days and it was in for 6 hours. Great turn around time! Thanks Brittany!
