After a previous bad experience, I gave it another shot. Matt and Josh got the deal done with emphasis on getting me what I needed in a short amount of time. 24hour turnaround and delivery 700 miles a way was awesome. The vehicle is better than advertised!

    I will us this dealer again .I had two issues they handled them with no problems. I just knew that I would have escalate the situation,but It was not necessarythey were very professional and it was pleasure working with Christ finance manager. He asked me to call him if I had any issues at all. Thanks

    The service was great. Love the new facilities. Long overdue. Jacob was a real help with my service. Very professional. Wait time was short and the waiting room is a great improvement over the old one. Good job, well done.

    I really enjoyed working with the salesman David. He was very helpful, nice, and professional. I would come back just because of that! Even after the deal he called to check on me and asked if I needed anything or had any question. His customer service was excellent! I felt like he cared about what was best for me and my needs, not just trying to sale a car.

    2012 Expedition -The new facility is great! As always, Nick, Jacob and Vince are a pleasure to deal with when it comes to customer service! I recommend this dealership every chance I get!

    I was dreading this appointment due to the last experience. However upon arrival, I realized the new service center was a vast improvement to the previous! The facility is much nicer, customer service was outstanding and the entire appointment took less than one hour for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff were friendly, efficient and exhibited sincere dedication and pride in their work. I am very pleased to have a service center of this caliber located in Waxahachie.

    When I took the vehicle in on Thursday morning, I was told it would "almost certainly" be diagnosed that day. When I had not heard from the service advisor the next morning, I called about 10:30, was told he was busy and I left him a voice mail requesting a call back. When I had not heard from him, I called back about 11:30, spoke to another service advisor who promised to relay the message to my advisor. Shortly after noon, my daughter, who works in Waxahachie offered to go by and see what she could find out. My SA was busy, so she left word with one of the other advisors to have my SA call me. About 2 PM I was on my way to Plano so I stopped in the dealership, as I had receive no call back from anyone. My SA was on the phone when I arrived. When he got off the phone, he told me that he had received no notification that I had called or that I wanted him to call me (not saying he's lying but between a voice mail and 2 SAs promising to let him know, I find it hard to believe he didn't know). He told me my vehicle was in diagnosis at that time and that he would go to the shop to see what they had determined. In about 10 minutes he returned saying that the steering gear was out and it would cost $2010 to replace it. I asked if it could be repaired and he said "no, it had to be replaced". I told him to fix it and I went on about my business. He called me about 6PM to tell me he had asked his technicians to work late and that my vehicle was ready. I picked the vehicle up Saturday morning and the SA had discounted the bill to $1977, which I appreciated. I had called another dealership and was quoted a price of "about $1800" for the same work (replace the steering gear and align the front end). I asked my SA for the defective part and was told there was a $400 core charge if I wanted the part, so apparently the non-repairable part is going to be repaired. I have owned many vehicles over the last 50 years. I have had some old vehicles with hundreds of thousands of miles on them that had slack in the steering from worn components but I have never had a steering gear go out until the manufacturers decided and electronic steering gear was the 'best' idea. Steering a vehicle as well as stopping one are two of the most important functions and safety features of a vehicle. Having those features rely on electronics to function is a very bad idea as electronics are not nearly as reliable as steel.

    Wait time was very long, even though I had scheduled for an appointment to have my oil change (5000 miles to qualify for an oil change, tires, fluid levels, etc. on new vehicles) ....

    The front passenger door on my car would not close and I was stuck in Waxahachie on a Saturday with groceries that I had just purchased. AAA rigged the door so I could get to Waxahachie Ford and I was immediately helped by Shawn King in the service department. He had someone look at the door right away and assess the recall work that needed to be done. He arranged for a loaner car for me and I was on my way before the groceries even got hot. He thought it might take two to three days to do all the recall work that my car needed to have done, but he called me after just one day to advise me that the work had been completed. When I returned to the dealership, Shawn went over the work that had been done, brought my car around for me and I was more than happy that there was no cost to me for the work that was done. I have purchased a Ford from this dealership in the past, but not my last two vehicles. I will certainly bring my repair work to this dealership in the future and will look here first for any future vehicles I may be going to purchase.
