  • Reasonable Dealer, Good Experience.

    Started online asking about posted inventory, and while the original vehicle wasn't available, we found another one we liked. Willing to negotiate online was appreciated. Nice facility, quick to provide us service and show us the inventory. We were able to make requests and be catered to those requests with little hesitation. Sales was friendly and proficiently knowledgeable on the vehicle. The process was a bit long, but for the most part very smooth. Downsides were high add on markup and uncomfortable warranty pitch after agreeing to purchase the vehicle even when we didn't indicate we ever wanted it.

    I loved our Salesperson Travis Cherry. He was professional, honest, kind and willing to help and answer any and all questions, honest and patient. He was truly a man of his word. I also loved our finance person, Justin. He was very knowledgeable, honest, kind and helpful.

    From the 1st visit to the site, we felt very warmly welcomed. We was greeted by Fernando, we only had less then a hour to visit. We originally went there with Kia Optima in mind then noticed the Kia Cadenza. While waiting for Fernando to return with the key to try the fit in the Optima. Fernando had sold us on the Cadenza. It was love at 1st sight. Fernando was off work that week, we waited until he returned to the dealership to finish his selling us on our vehicle. Then sealing the deal.

  • Getting the car you want at the right price.

    The process of buying a preowned car has changed dramatically in the past 5 years with the advent of internet car buying sites. There is little room for negotiation. When I looked at the car I eventually purchased here, they were unwilling to negotiate to the point where I felt unwelcome. It wasn't until I told them I found essentially the exact same car for thousands less at a dealership near Dallas that - to their credit - they agreed to price match and. All things considered, I like to support local business, and would shop here again.
