    I dropped my vehicle off at AutoNation in Waco Texas service department for 2 days because it was making a popping noise as you drive down the road at low speed the service Rider contacted me and told me my car was able to be picked up but the service technician was not able to even diagnose the problem, so what I'm saying is I left my car there for 2 days it did not get looked at it did not get fixed it didn't even get diagnosed and I picked it up two days later and I'm still driving it today it has got to be the worst experience I've ever had and I will not ever ever buy a vehicle from AutoNation. Ever again

    We had a great salesman that took care of us well during our purchase. Met him a few months before, and liked him enough to find him for the sale of the vehicle we decided on. Sorry, but I do not like pink license plates so they came off asap. However I would definitely suggest to anyone to try shopping here for a new or used vehicle.

  • Our first service appointment

    AutoNation Waco Texas was great at working with us to fit us in around our very busy life. We were in and out within an hour and the waiting area was clean safe and comfortable and at 7am the free coffee was a real treat as well. The service Tech kept us well informed of our progress and after our car was finished pulled it up close so my old, crippled butt could get in it easily. When we got home i checked my text messages and the Lube Tech. had provides a video inspection of the undercarriage of my car including breaks, tires, fluid levels and filters. A job WELL DONE.     I purposely made my wife call and communicate with the service department. See I took the car for an inspection the day before at a different shop and had no issues. There is another dealership we went to and they said we needed all kinds of stuff totaling over 3000.00 when all we went in for was an oil change. When the car was dropped off at AutoNation neither of gus got calls about extra things that needed to be fixed, replaced or filled. I really appreciate the staff there for being honest and not trying to get over and milk more money out of us. The only complaint that I have is that I couldn’t find the coffee

    I have used AutoNation - Waco several times for service on my 2018 Bolt and found the service representatives and staff to be top notch. I could not have asked for a better service experience when GM issued the Bolt battery recall - the service representative took the time to show me the huge replacement battery before installation. Most recently when I had the Bolt in for a minor recall, the service rep found an additional recall notice and had it completed without my asking which saved me an additional appointment. Great service!

  • Post Purchase Customer Service

    We were told that we would have two keys to the Beetle I purchase. Which with the Beetle, it is a Keyfob. We assumed that it would be two working keys. We actually received three keyfobs. One that worked that the sales person used for our test drive. When we got home with the Beetle, we found that the other two keyfobs did not work. We thought it might be the batteries, so we changed them. Still did not work. When I called our salesperson about it, I was told the those are the ones that came with the car and that since it was a used car, they could not guarantee that would work. She said there was nothing they could do about it. So now we are stuck with the expense of having at least one of the extra keyfobs programmed to my Beetle. This is bad business and bad customer service. Especially since it was only five days after the purchase. Shame on Autonation Chevrolet of Waco!!! We will not be coming back to purchased a truck for my husband. And people ask me where I bought my car, I will be sure to tell them all about my experience.

    • Update!!!! Since my original post, my salesperson has called me back and said that her GM had given approval for them to cover the cost for having the keyfobs programmed to my car. I was given the information that the invoice was to be sent to and I have an appointment to take the car and the keyfobs to the local VW dealership for programming. Thank you to whom ever made this happen!!!!!! If it would let I would change my star rating to reflect this latest development!!!! Again, Thank you

  • Oil change, no windshield replacement

    I came in for an oil change and a windshield replacement which was approved by the person I called to make the appointment but when I got there I was told windshield replacements are not done at that location and I would have to go somewhere else to a 3rd party. Then it took 2 and a 1/2 hours for an oil change which I feel is excessive and they did not have the engine filter part that they offered to replace. This location seems to be offering services that they're unable to provide.
