Recall on Wiper Blade for Equinox

I received a mail notice on a recall for the wiper blade motor on my equinox. I called to make an appointment and got one in under a week. I arrived to drop car off but didn't have a ride home (brought a book) so I was shown to the a very comfortable waiting room, read my book and in approx an hour my car was finished and at the door waiting for me. Very easy and staff were all professional, pleasant and accommodating thru out the process.
