Only thing that upset me a little was when I stopped by they did not have the truck available for me to look at because it was taking a stroll… out in mineola for something. (That threw me off completely) Plus, I had an appointment at 5 and I waited an hour before I was seen. To top it all off, I was told it was too late to start the process and that no banks are open this late. I was sent home empty handed and very dissapointed. I was very close to calling it all off. I was thinking it was a sign that it is not meant to be or something. But,I have a truck now and we are enjoying it very much. It is a bit dissapointing to think back on all of that.We set high expectations for ourselves so its gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us, Nanita16. Thanks again for your business!

Kirby was a great salesman and took the time at the end of our sale to explain each detail of the… car to me. I have purchased a vehicle before, and as soon as the check was written the salesman had no further interest in investing anymore of his time to do this so I really appreciated Kirby's time!
