I was please with the service I was provided with throughout the entire purchase. Very polite. Only thing that upset me a little was when I stopped by they did not have the truck available for me to look at because it was taking a stroll out in mineola for something. (That threw me off completely) Plus, I had an appointment at 5 and I waited an hour before I was seen. To top it all off, I was told it was too late to start the process and that no banks are open this late. I was sent home empty handed and very dissapointed. I was very close to calling it all off. I was thinking it was a sign that it is not meant to be or something. But,I have a truck now and we are enjoying it very much. It is a bit dissapointing to think back on all of that.
