First CAR Purchase was Amazing!!!

The rapport we established and her… sincere desire to help me find the car I needed and wanted put my concerns about the process of car shopping and buying to rest. Second, Nancy and Schon's desire to provide me with the best trade-in value on my Altima and the best overall price for my new Murano was authentically sincere and the best financial decision for me by comparison. Third, the Murano SL itself. From what I had researched and learned from others about the quality of the Murano, I suspected it was the right car for me. Test driving it and learning of its wonderful features supported my purchase decision. My positive experience with my Altima, my first Nissan, focused my attention on another Nissan for a crossover vehicle, leaving me with little or no desire to look at other makes and models. Last, Melissa's friendly attitude with the financial piece of the transaction was most welcoming.Thank you so much for leaving this excellent review!
