What I liked about my experience was from beginning to end my salesperson (James Jones) gave me his full attention and cooperation. Grant it, I can be difficult at times but (JJ) remained professional at all times (I know I tested his patience a lot). I would highly refer family & friends to FRED HAAS!!! Also, I wanted to mention how friendly the other staff were particularly John John (very pleasant demeanor) and let's not forget the Finance Dept., AARON "This Dude Rocks" Thanks Fred HAAS for making me and my dauther's transactions PERFECT!!!
