    Fernando the sales man came out on Saturday and walked the yard with us during a heavy rain, loaned us his two umbrellas. Had both cars we were interested pulled up beside each other when we returned, Worked us thru program and was there each time we showed, The Finance Manager was very good, was a pleasure talking with him, he broke down each item for us to discuss and decide if we were interested.

    I felt that the service I received was prompt, thorough, and I knew what I was getting for my money. I felt I was not taken advantage of and that my needs were considered. The prices for service were outstanding, and after an awful experience at another dealership where I was called twice a day for three weeks after my (very expensive routine maintenance) service to sell them my (recently purchased) used car. Everything about my experience was phenomenal.

    I have been to this dealership a couple times for services on my 2013 Nissan Sentra. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I typically drop off my vehicle and I receive a call when my vehicle is completed. This is usually quick and employees are sure to go over any other services that may need to be performed on my vehicle.

    Our salesman was very knowledgable about the Nissan Sentra that I purchased, and was always making sure I understood the features and warranties of the car before I drove it off the lot and as well as after I drove it off the lot. I did not finance my new car through Fred haas but Fred haas seemed very experienced in the steps and proceedures to completing the paperwork using a different financing option. Our paperwork could not be processed the day that we came in to purchase the car, but we were able to drive that car off the lot and come back the next day for detailing and to sign the paperwork! This dealership has been the easiest dealership I have ever worked with and there was no haggling over the price of the vehicle!

    Service was as promised. Truck was ready when promised. Car rental was as promised. Truck was washed and vacuumed. I feel comfortable about the major routine maintenance performed and feel I should get to 100K miles on my 2011 Titan 4Pro with no problem. Current mileage is 67.5K. Service person was helpful and told me about a coupon that saved me $150 bucks. He also helped my wife and me set up our new phones with Bluetooth.
