Great experience at Orr Chevy. The new massage chair is a great addition while I wait on my vehicle to get done. I just drink some coffee, eat a muffin and get a massage while waiting the short time it takes to get in and out.

by tbran62017 on 10/25/2017This dealership, ORR Chevy, will not answer inquirers. After many attempts of being ignored I gave up on the car i liked that they had. Do your self a favor and ignore this dealer as they will ignore you.customer service
by tbran6_2016 on 10/19/2017I have emailed this dealership several times asking about a car for sale on their lot, and have not received any communication back. Time to move on to a different dealer.THE BEST EXPERIENCE
by MWilson78 on 12/04/2008First off, it was a monday morning and I was in for a look. Told Steve Chech that I was not buying. He said no problem. I asked him to open up a couple of trucks and he did. I found a 2008 Silverado that had pretty much everything that I… needed. I asked him a price and told him that I was not going inside. He came outside and told me the price. It was thouands of dollars off. It seemed pretty fair. I said I wanted to compare against other trucks and that I'd be back. He did not pressure me and let me leave peacefully. I went to 2 other dealers that will rename nameless, and they would not even give me a price! They said that when I was ready to buy, we'd talk! So I left them and went back to Chevy. I said take a thousand more of that truck and I'll do it! And they did! The business manager was a little tough, but overall it was the best experience I ever had buying a new truck. Go ask for Steve or Teri.orr dosen't satisfy customers
by toya317412000 on 09/01/2008I purchased a 2008 Malibu LT, 5000 miles, under warranty, for $22,521.47. I also have the car-fax report on the car, which they Shamila (sales person) gave to me. The vin is 1g1zj57b18f200654. We asked for the car-fax to make sure the car… haven't been wrecked and to see if there were any major repairs. The car fax showed that the car wasn't wrecked and had no major repairs. I took the car in for minor repairs at a local Chevrolet dealer in Linden,TX. I talked to Robert Howard, (sales manager). He informed me that my issues weren't under warranty because the car had been wrecked. He refused to work on the car, unless I was paying cash money. He told me the best thing to do was to return the car. He also wrote a statement for me to give to Orr. This was done on 8/26/08. I called Orr and explain to them that, I no longer wanted this car and told them why. They told me that, they didn't sell wrecked cars and the car was certified. They told me to bring the car back on 8/30/08. They asked me what I wanted and I told them. They also said they would put me in a new car and satisfy me. They had 4 days to find me a car. When I took the car and the the proof that the car was wrecked. They offered to fix the car for me and I refused, because I didn't want a wreck car. Then they tried to trade my car for a new car, which was fine until I found out I had to pay an extra $14000.00. I refused and told them I wanted my money back. I was told that wasn't going to happen.Sales experience with Orr Chevrolet
by catminister on 02/10/2008My experience was two years ago. I was shopping for an Aveo. I had specifics on which trim I wanted and what options. The whole interview took about an hour. When I tried to bring the salesperson's attention to my preferences, he would… start talking about something else. I also said I was not interested in spending over a specific amount for the car, yet he kept trying to jack up the price, saying things like "the car you want doesn't exist." After an hour of stonewalling, I left to see other dealerships. A week and a half later, he called to tell me that he could get the car that "didn't exist." By that time, I was so turned off by his attitude that I declined the offer.as advertised
by trex73 on 05/28/2014updated 05/26/2025I shopped several dealerships via the internet for my new Silverado. At the first two, when I got there the real price was higher than advertised on the internet. When I went to Orr Chevrolet the price was actually lower because I got an… additional five hundred off because I got a discount because of my USAA Insurance. I was very happy and they got me in and out quickly. Thanks guys I'll try and send you some business!Dishonest Dealership
by dallas20 on 05/24/2012updated 05/26/2025I purchased a used 2009 Chevy Tahoe from this dealership. The car was a lemon from the beginning...and Orr could care less about my problems. They would not return phone calls or emails. They finally agreed to "ceritfy" the vehicle (even… though it should have been certified at time of purchase) and then told us we would have to pay them for that service!! The worst part of the whole experience was when I went to trade the piece of junk in...Imagine my surprise when I realized Orr had given me a falsified car report! The Car Fax they had online, and the, as they claimed, equivalent to Car Fax they gave me in person omitted the fact that the car had been in 2 accidents!!!! And, had multiple service records!! DO NOT do business with Orr...they lie.
