This is the second car that I have purchased at Don Ringler Toyota. Laurie Bailey is a great sales person; very knowledgeable and very responsive. Additionally, the Finance Manager provided information pertaining to the sale the day prior… to the sale which was very much appreciated.

I also went to another Toyota Dealers nearby, we waited for anyone to come out to give us information on the Tundra, no one came out so we… left. The day I went to Don Ringler, Tom came out introduce himself and kindly ask us the basic questions about the vehicle we are looking at. He answered all are questions about the Tundra, different models, packages they came in. I was very pleased with Tom, also to add, the finance department worked a great deal that I could not refuse on my new 2020 TSS Tundra. by PauletteO on 02/20/2018Don Ringler was the first dealership I went to for my next purchase. Richard Hill was extremely helpful. His knowledge, experience and complete patience while test driving several vehicles was refreshing. Even after I came back a 2nd time… to test drive 2 of the same vehicles! After 2 weeks shopping for a vehicle I went back to Richard to explain what vehicle I was selecting and was considering the same model but at another dealership an hour away. Upon my return Richard presented a report showing where his vehicle ranked among others in a 250 mile radious and how competitive their pricing really was. That made my decision much easier. As a business owner and mother, my time is scarce and Richard saved me several hours that week. I spent another 2 hours deciding between 2 vehicles because the pricing was very competitive...but did finalize paperwork that evening on one of the vehicles. I highly recommend visiting this dealership and asking specifically for Richard Hill. You will never shop anywhere else again. This was my 2nd purchase from Don Ringler and I will definitely be back for my 3rd.Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We are happy to hear Richard was able to help you out!

by Deborah on 12/06/2017I personally can't stand the process of buying vehicles. In the past, I felt deceived, pushed, and as if the salesman was only interested in the sale. But this time it was different! Quintin was so friendly and thoughtful. He paid… attention to detail and made the process easy. We didn't feel pushed into a deal that we weren't comfortable with and Quintin took our feedback seriously. Even though the process was lengthy (since it was the last of the month), Quintin helped pass the time with easy conversation and making sure we were comfortable. I appreciate everything he did for us and for making us feel like we were hanging out with a friend. If/when we choose to buy another vehicle, we will be coming back to Quintin.Happy Customer!

by KWomack on 07/25/2017My air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year in the middle of a move from South Texas to North Texas. I stopped at the dealership to ask for help and the service department went above and beyond to help me. I was traveling… with four little dogs and we were all extremely hot. They called a rental company to get me a car and kept my car to repair it. It was repaired the next day which is unbelievable because most places don't even keep parts to repair things. They were all so very nice and helpful.
