I personally can't stand the process of buying vehicles. In the past, I felt deceived, pushed, and as if the salesman was only interested in the sale. But this time it was different! Quintin was so friendly and thoughtful. He paid attention to detail and made the process easy. We didn't feel pushed into a deal that we weren't comfortable with and Quintin took our feedback seriously. Even though the process was lengthy (since it was the last of the month), Quintin helped pass the time with easy conversation and making sure we were comfortable. I appreciate everything he did for us and for making us feel like we were hanging out with a friend. If/when we choose to buy another vehicle, we will be coming back to Quintin.
