This is the second car that I have purchased at Don Ringler Toyota. Laurie Bailey is a great sales person; very knowledgeable and very responsive. Additionally, the Finance Manager provided information pertaining to the sale the day prior… to the sale which was very much appreciated.

by Christian on 05/13/2023I highly recommend Don Ringler Toyota because they don’t charge market adjustment or other extra fees unlike other dealerships. I’d like to thank Sid for assisting me in buying my RAV4 XLE. I know very little about cars & financing 😅 &… he’s been very patient in answering my questions, giving advice & is very quick to respond. He also helped me customise the features on the car - I requested to remove some of the add-ons that I didn’t need so that I can save $$ but Sid left them there for free! Thank you! by ToyotaFamStingrayDriver on 12/31/2022In all aspects from submitting an info request for a few vehicles online in order to view actual inventory at Don Ringler Toyota through Mr. Richard Hill assisting with the MyChevrolet app set up and sync with my new On Star account and the… vehicle… a rating of 10/10 was earned by Don Ringler Toyota - primarily to Mr. Richard Hill for making every effort to remain our liaison. As liaison, Mr. Hill reiterated question I had with Chevrolet staff, however, after stating they would get everything taken care of, the Chevrolet staff did not follow through on a few items that indicate a lack of significance of this purchase within the Chevrolet atmosphere leading to a 9/10. Perhaps this is a result of the sale originating outside of the Chevrolet family - however, any loss of focus or diligence is a reflection of the Don Ringler family of dealerships. This alone, ensures that my recommendation to potential customers will be Don Ringler Toyota. A second contributor could be a result of using my own financing source rather than the preferred in house financing with GM. I am now in the market for a 1/2 ton truck, but I’ll be looking at other brands over the Silverado - again, due to this lack of focus and attentiveness.Johnny and Richard are wonderful! I live in Houston but buy from them!

I’ve bought from him before, and there’s a reason I drive 2 hours one way. They don’t have those… Bs market adjustments like a certain Toyota dealership north north with the same name as the city (not Fort Worth) who has $15K adjustments!!!Top Rate Dealership

by Jose on 11/23/2021Lauri took charge of me less than a minute after I arrived at the dealership looking for a 2022 Red Tacoma TRD Sport. None were on-site, she took my information and the dealership checked the area for one the following days. Others were… available but no red TRD Sport. I placed a $500 deposit and ordered one. Two weeks later Lauri notified me the Tacoma was inbound. A few days later she texted me a pic of the Red Tacoma TRD Sport at the dealership. Lauri maintained text, email, and phone contact with me during the process. I delayed picking up the TRD Sport because of a conflict in my schedule. I spent less than two hours at the dealership on the day I picked up the TRD Sport and traded in my old Tacoma. Lauri and the finance rep had the TRD Sport and documents ready. She paired my phone to the TRD Sport and reviewed instruments and gee wiz stuff with me. The whole process was stress-free with no hassles or double talk. This was the fifth vehicle I purchased at this dealership.Fantastic experience
