Don Ringler Toyota

In all aspects from submitting an info request for a few vehicles online in order to view actual inventory at Don Ringler Toyota through Mr. Richard Hill assisting with the MyChevrolet app set up and sync with my new On Star account and the vehicle… a rating of 10/10 was earned by Don Ringler Toyota - primarily to Mr. Richard Hill for making every effort to remain our liaison. As liaison, Mr. Hill reiterated question I had with Chevrolet staff, however, after stating they would get everything taken care of, the Chevrolet staff did not follow through on a few items that indicate a lack of significance of this purchase within the Chevrolet atmosphere leading to a 9/10. Perhaps this is a result of the sale originating outside of the Chevrolet family - however, any loss of focus or diligence is a reflection of the Don Ringler family of dealerships. This alone, ensures that my recommendation to potential customers will be Don Ringler Toyota. A second contributor could be a result of using my own financing source rather than the preferred in house financing with GM. I am now in the market for a 1/2 ton truck, but I’ll be looking at other brands over the Silverado - again, due to this lack of focus and attentiveness.
