5 Hour Oil Change
by Mackenzie Clifford on 07/24/2025ZERO Stars! This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. I scheduled my appointment online two days ahead and clearly listed what needed to be looked at. No one called to confirm, no questions, nothing. I show up, and… they had no clue I even had an appointment. What a warm welcome. I told them again I needed an oil change and some issues looked into. Appointment was at 2 PM. No one gave me any updates for hours — I had to go ask what was going on, only to find out they didn’t even have the oil filter for my vehicle and had to order it. That’s something they should’ve checked before I got there. Five hours later, they finally finished the oil change — and completely ignored the other things I asked to be looked at after the service rep told me they were looking into some of my issues. Straight lies to my face. No respect, no communication, no urgency, no accountability and no professionalism. I wasted half a day for basic service they weren’t even prepared for. Completely unacceptable! Would never recommend this service department to anyone. DON’T waste your time here unless you think sitting in a waiting room half the day for a damn oil change sounds like fun.Excellent

Pierce, our salesman, was awesome from the first phone call and throughout the entire transaction. He is a wealth of… knowledge in the Jeep product. BEST car buying experience EVER!
by Michelle D on 09/23/2022My wife and I have been car shopping for the last few months and after visiting several dealerships in the Austin area, we finally went to a dealership in Taylor, TX that didn’t try and take advantage of you with the current shortage of… vehicles, interest rates, etc. We worked with both Toa and Harry who were outstanding. They both went the extra mile so that my wife and I could drive away with two brand new vehicles. Car buying is never easy, and it’s time consuming, but they made being at the dealership for 4-5 hours worth while. They cared about our wants/needs when it came to a vehicle, and they also listened to us when we discussed our budget. That’s rare for a car dealership. Their professionalism and kindness was second to none. I would not trade anywhere else from here on out, and I will send everyone I know (family/friends) to them if they are in the market for a new/used vehicle. The entire team was great, to include the sales managers and the finance guy. The paperwork signing was very efficient and quick once we arrived at a fair deal. Both Toa and Harry explained how to use all of the technology in our vehicles thoroughly as well. Toa went above and beyond for my Dodge Ram truck by adding the foot rails and Bed liner after market prior to me picking up the vehicle. That’s what I call first class service. I’ve never had a car buying experience like the one I did at Nyle Maxwell Dodge in Taylor, TX.Michelle, we're thrilled that you and your wife had such a phenomenal car-buying experience with the Nyle Maxwell CDJR of Taylor team!
