ZERO Stars! This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. I scheduled my appointment online two days ahead and clearly listed what needed to be looked at. No one called to confirm, no questions, nothing. I show up, and they had no clue I even had an appointment. What a warm welcome. I told them again I needed an oil change and some issues looked into. Appointment was at 2 PM. No one gave me any updates for hours — I had to go ask what was going on, only to find out they didn’t even have the oil filter for my vehicle and had to order it. That’s something they should’ve checked before I got there. Five hours later, they finally finished the oil change — and completely ignored the other things I asked to be looked at after the service rep told me they were looking into some of my issues. Straight lies to my face. No respect, no communication, no urgency, no accountability and no professionalism. I wasted half a day for basic service they weren’t even prepared for. Completely unacceptable! Would never recommend this service department to anyone. DON’T waste your time here unless you think sitting in a waiting room half the day for a damn oil change sounds like fun.
