Simply asked what I wanted for my trade and what my budget was for the vehicle I was interested in. Spoke to his manager… KEVIN and had me set in no time. Few minor things were wrong with the vehicle and within three days, parts were ordered and installed perfectly. Got a full tank of gas on the vehicle too (truck). Exceptional service. I was happy with the online purchase experience up to the point where we brought the vehicle home and realized we'd been baited and switched. The vehicle that we'd negotiated the price… on included premium Alpine speakers, an $850 upgrade. When I realized that my new vehicle did not have this option, I immediately contacted the sales person the next day. He admitted what happened and apologized saying the dealer had sold our negotiated unit so Auto Nation simply replaced it. This was done without notifying us. The sales person said he'd work with us to make it right. Since then I've gotten no response to emails or phone calls. I feel very cheated on this experience and would strongly discourage anyone from buying a vehicle from this dealership. They do not stand by their sales and cheat customers. He is just so very accommodating with my requests and explained a lot of things to me as I'm an expat who just got… transferred to the US. It was well worth the wait for my Jeep, thanks to Eric and his great sense of humor. They had a wide selection of new vehicles and helped us narrow down exactly what options were… important to us and let us test drive. After our experiences with the other sales people, Our Auto Nation salesman brought the fun back into buying another vehicle. We ended up buying a Certified Pre-owned Grand Cherokee that had all of the options were hoped for. We even left and came back the next day with our decision. When we left the other dealearships we knew were not going to return to them. We trust Auto Nation and thinking of having our broke jeep repaired there to kept it for a second vehicle. I laid those terms out to my salesman, Hubert Steen, and said "see if you can make it happen". We… didn't get the deal done immediately but eventually got there and made the deal. After having had a bad experience with another Dodge dealership in the area (misleading internet advertising and the inability of the new car sales manager to… "explain away" why the internet price already reflected all the discounts available - most of which we didn't qualify for), I went to Edmond's dealership reviews and found that AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Spring, Texas, had a 5-star rating. From there it was a "no brainer" as to where we would go to buy a vehicle. Our sales person, Chris W., is the friendliest and most helpful automobile sales person we've ever dealt with during our 49-years of marriage. Please ask for him if you are seeking the best car buying experience you could hope for. I had a very young sales guy meet me and I didn't know what to expect. Needless… to say Jorge L. took great care of me. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me on anything else as I knew what I wanted. Next thing I know I'm on my way off the lot with a new car. My opinion was that was great as they work together. I was… purchasing with cash so the first 2 visits I had to walk away after we couldn't come to terms. Five days later the price dropped on the internet and was acceptable to my terms. Both salesmen, Mike B. and Sammy M. put up a lot with me but both treated me with the utmost respect. Never pushy and highly recommend. The rest of the staff and process was just the same. Only one small complaint, I felt like they should have filled the gas tank and not left it on an 1/8th tank.New jeep purchase
