AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring

I bought my wife a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited recently. I was happy with the online purchase experience up to the point where we brought the vehicle home and realized we'd been baited and switched. The vehicle that we'd negotiated the price on included premium Alpine speakers, an $850 upgrade. When I realized that my new vehicle did not have this option, I immediately contacted the sales person the next day. He admitted what happened and apologized saying the dealer had sold our negotiated unit so Auto Nation simply replaced it. This was done without notifying us. The sales person said he'd work with us to make it right. Since then I've gotten no response to emails or phone calls. I feel very cheated on this experience and would strongly discourage anyone from buying a vehicle from this dealership. They do not stand by their sales and cheat customers. Very disappointing lack of integrity by management
