    This was the worse service I ever received from this service person name listed, not was I just called a liar, but also hung up from the sales person cell pone that was provided to me from him, and then he stated false information to me concerning my verification on the extended warranty, as well giving me a quote he never mentioned to me the first time of my drop off. it took a week for my vehicle to be return never once did he ever call to give me a status. I was the person to call constantly on my vehicle, every time I would ask him his responds would be " I haven't met with the service person yet," then he asked me to submit my insurance verification three times in a text msg because apparently he did know what he did with my information.

    I was due for my oil change and I did have an issue with a few idiot lights that had popped up. My Service Rep was excellent, he plugged in his handy dandy computer module component and WHA-LA. He told me that the problem was a LEFT REAR WHEEL sensor. He also pointed out that in this particular case there were NO safety issues involved. This is of course the most important thing to know, I would not be impressed if all the wheels fell off the truck as a results of the idiot lights coming on. I was very impressed with service and my Service Rep.

    I scheduled a 0700 service to have a recall done and have my parking break adjusted. After 2 and a half hours of waiting , the service rep came to me and told me they had not started any of the work. She said that the technician recommended that I redo all my breaks. I told them not to provide the service since they've taken so long and to just complete the recall. I asked her if they've complete the recall (since they've had my vehicle for 2.5 hours). She stated that she did not know and would find out. 30 minutes later I went to a manager since I haven't heard anything. An additional 15 minutes later, she came to me and said it would be done in about 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I received my vehicle. I waited over 4 hours for them to only complete one requested service. On my receipt it stated that the service took 1.2 hours to complete. My receipt also stated that "the customer" requested several different inspections. I did not request any inspections. I was not charged for those inspections.

    Jim answered an internet inquiry regarding a new Jeep Wrangler. He promised me a deal if I would stop by and he delivered 100%!! Very happy with my new Jeep and would recommend this dealership and especially Jim to all my friends!

    I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in because my A/C occasionally would randomly blow warm air. I was told by my Service Advisor that the A/C randomly blowing warm air was a "normal" operation of the vehicle. He explained to me that much like my house A/C that the vehicles electric system sometimes was too much and therefore the lights could be expected to dim and the A/C to blow warm air occasionally. Uh, what? I was incredulous that he wanted me to believe that my brand, new vehicle was equipped with subpar equipment. Of all the vehicles I have owned, this was not what I would expect from such an expensive vehicle. I was initially there for several small issues and he was reluctant to even have the technicians look at the A/C and didn't add it to the ticket until I pushed for it. I told him that I didn't like being told it was normal and I needed it fixed. He said that he was aware I didn't like what he was telling me but it was normal and to be expected. Needless to say, I spoke with his manager and was assured that this is not what to expect from a new car and that he would personally check to see the technicians checked the system. Unfortunately they couldn't replicate the problem but I can understand that completely. He made sure that I knew if it gave problems in the future to bring it back and they would do what it took to rectify the problem.

    Let me just start of by saying I hardly ever write reviews of purchases, however my experience here prompted me to take the extra time and write this review. I live almost an hour away from this dealership and started my day at a dealership minutes from my house. After wasting my time there and being insulted on my trade in value, I walked out. I went online and started searching for dealerships and contacted many. Whitney Camden, promptly responded to my email and we started emailing back and forth....questions, concerns, etc. She sent me a link so I could fill in information on my trade vehicle and I completely filled it out including pictures and submitted it. The process stated it could take up to 24 hrs for a valuation which concerned me because I'd hoped to purchase same day. About 2 hours later I received a great offer on my trade (full blue book trade value). The offer came from the sales manager Jose Sandoval, who had to fill in for Whitney as she had some personal business to attend to. He immediately went to work putting the numbers together on paper and sending it over for my review. Was very pleased with this process. After we got to an easy agreement on the numbers he sent me a finance application to complete online. Once it was approved, he sent me an email to let me know so I could head to the dealership. In this email he told me that Willie Byrd would be the salesman assisting me once I arrived at the dealership. Mr. Byrd called me on my way just to introduce himself and let me know he had everything ready for my arrival. I was apprehensive about the dealership changing my trade in values after I'd arrived, assumed that they gave me a high offer just to get me in the doors....well that never happened. They followed through on the valuation provided via email. When I arrived the paperwork was ready. During mine and Mr. Byrd's discussion, he became aware I was a Veteran of the US Armed Forces. He then showed me how using my USAA membership I could save on car purchases and saved me another $1000 on this purchase! It took a while to get into see the finance person as they were busy (near the end of the month and a holiday at that). Once in with the sales guy it was not the high pressure event that I'd encountered in the past.....GAP insurance, extended warranty, etc. I told him what I wanted and got exactly what I wanted and nothing more.....nothing less. Overall very pleased with the entire experience! Would definitely recommend to friends, family, and anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle. Every time I purchase a new vehicle, I dread going to a dealership because of the experiences of past, however after this experience, I know where I'll be going to buy my next vehicle and I know purchasing a vehicle can be fun again! Great job guys!

    It didn't take much to sell me on the vehicle I wanted as I had already done my research. What I wasn't ready for was how amazing the dealership was. Like many people, I haven't had the greatest experiences with car dealerships in the past, but Adil Razzaq (my salesman) was amazing. Yes he was eager to make the sale, but most importantly he was eager to help and that's what made the difference.

    I bought a truck in 2014 from Autonation and when I wanted a second vehicle I knew where to go. I'm glad I did. The second purchase was even better. My sales guy Nic Pratter was awesome. He asked what I wanted, and heard what I was saying. I found the perfect jeep. Great vehicle at an even better price.

    The salesman, James Delvalle, had answered questions I had sent via email and I stopped in at the dealership without an appointment and even though he was really busy he attended to me and my wife, took us to see and drive the vehicle. Overall process was pretty fast and easy. No high pressure sales.

    Our experience and deal buying a new Dodge Durango was the best. Making a transition from a mini van to a SUV was not an easy choice for my spouse and she wasn't convinced until she got to spend some time with the vehicle. AutoNation Dodge in Spring was exceptional in working with her and made this deal happen. Thanks for the wonderful service and experience. BTW, while the next question asks if we would recommend this dealer to a friend - one of the choices should be "Already Have" - which would be our answer.

    I absolutely LOVE my new Jeep and Jorge made the process smooth. He had the two cars I was interested in out front and ready for me to test drive when we got there. He even came in on his day off!! After losing our vehicles in the recent flood, we needed a car ASAP and Jorge helped us accomplish that. Not only do I have my car now, it's a car I absolutely love!

    My experience at Auronation Spring was overall the best car buying experiece I have had ever. Hubert Steen did an amazing job as my salesman! He did not stop looking and working on things until he found a car that had I wanted and fit my budget. The finance guy was great as well. I will send everyone I can to Mr. Steen! I love my Jeep Wrangler and appreciate the teams hard work. I live 100 miles away and I will everyone I talk to that they need to make the call... These guys are worth it!

    Waiting on my Jeep to be built would've killed me if not for the weekly updates from Erik Kluna. He was attentive and kind. At no point did I feel like I was in the dark with the production of my vehicle. I am so grateful to him for that. I bought my "especially made for [me]" Wrangler yesterday and I got a call from Derbe today saying my note had been lowered so come back and sign new papers. Now that's a good call to get!
