    This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from them and every time has been a very pleasant experience. You will not have any concern or worry when coming to Syed A. to buy a Toyota. He is a real customer service professional and willing to go extra mile to ensure customer having the optimal satisfaction.

  • Renege on Internet Quoted Price

    The sales manager refused to honor their internet quoted price that was provided just 28 hours prior, stating that the offer was "over 24 hours old". They pushed for an additional $1000. I rejected & left. Watch out for internet prices that this dealership has no intention of offering.

  • Worth the trip

    I live 75+ miles from Fred Haas. I already new what I wanted (the Scion XB) and had test driven one at another dealership. The other dealer didn't want to give much for my trade and didn't want to haggle over the price of the XB. (he was just plain rude) The sales person from Fred Haas that I spoke to on the phone (after the initial e-mail contact) was very helpful. I told her what I wanted, and that I was bringing my own financing. I told her what my trade was and we agreed on a price over the phone. By the time I got there the car was waiting for me. She took my car to check it out and suprisingly came back in just a few minutes. She took me to the finance department to sign over the transfer paperwork and I was out the door. The whole process took less than an hour. Even though I showed up late in the evening and they closed at 9, I was pleased to find that she was willing to stay late if needed to help me out. After a couple of days I called the salesperson to ask a few questions about the car (still trying to figure things out). She was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. Even though she had already made the sale, she made me feel like a valuable customer. I will definitely travel the 75+ miles again to get that kind of service. It was well worth the trip. I highly recommend Fred Haas Toyota.

    Went in to buy a 2013 Toyota Rav 4, The sales person and I had a internet quote said it was no longer good because it was 12 hours old! They tried to up the price of thesuv by 8,000.00 Are you kidding. There are too many delership to deals with [non-permissible content removed] like this. THIS PLACE IS UNETHICAL AND GIVES ALL DEALERSHIPS A BAD NAME. I ENDED UP BUYING A RAV 4 FROM MOUNTAIN STATES TOYOTA. GO THERE. THEY HONORED MY INTERNET PRICE! THANK YOU MOUNTAIN STATES TOYOTA!

    Was told by sales MGR to take my trade to Car-Max .Not as much as an offer to look at my car.....

  • They made me happy

    I don't know what changed at this dealer ship, but all I can say is that they gave me a great deal on a new car and a very good trade in value for the car I traded in. Of course I bought a new car, and turned in the same brand and model of car I bought. So I guess you could say I was a repeat customer. At first they tried to offer a low end value on the trade in, but after negotiations I was pleased with the numbers. I did research the values as well as have the vehicle appraised more than once before making the final deal. I have also been in the market now for about a year, so that should say that I did my homework and got a great deal, otherwise I would have said NO, and kept driving the old car that was in good shape. I also got a excellent interest rate. Even better than what I could have gotten with the credit union that I am a member of. I don't think anyone can beat a zero % interest loan. That is what I was approved for. Yes, I do have a high credit score. All I can say is that they did what they said they would do, and did not back pedal at anytime. They had the car ready when I said I would be there to pick it up and were very cordial at all times. The only thing that was overlooked was the air pressure in the tires was a little low. I pointed that out, and it was immediately corrected. Sure it should have been right, but little things like that can be missed at times. Honestly though, does everyone check their tires before they drive that new car off? Use good negotiating skills and be prepared to just say no to things you don't want.
