    Got the anticipated service required asked for a wash on top of service did respond to request quite well. The car wash is a plus in service.

    I have had wonderful experiences with the Gunn Chevrolet service department with three vehicles I have owned which include my 1996 Impala SS, 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche and my 2013 Avalanche that has over 102,000 miles. I no longer have the older vehicles but I still have my 2013 Avalanche which runs smoothly and it purrs like it is still new because I make sure I stay up on its required maintenance. Over the last 25 years Gunn has provided me with excellent customer service and care along with world-class precision in the work they performed on all my vehicles. I am completely satisfied with their professionalism and I highly recommend their services to anyone who is in the market trying to find a reliable maintenance partner for their Chevrolet vehicle regardless of its year, make, and model. Magnificent work Gunn Chevrolet! I really appreciate all you do!

    Every thing was okay and quick, but as soon as i left fromm the dealership, the check engine light came on, and i hadnt done nothing wrong with vehicle, i called a few days later ans they told me that they couldnt do nothing about it, the check engine light came on right after the they did everything on the car, i belive they misplaced something or didnt do something right because it was after they checked the car and i had barely left, and ive never had this problem before

    Jeff Smith was super nice and provided me with excellent customer service. As soon as he learned I'd be car-less for the weekend he had me come in and get a loaner.

    Came in for a oil change, when I came to pick up my vehicle I was told to go inside to the express office. I came in and my keys were on the shelf by myself. Then no one could find my paperwork. They had to fun a copy so I can have something for my records.

    Everything was fine with the oil change but the coupon said balance and rotate tires, they did not do, nor did they check the tire pressure. I checked before I turned it in and afterwards.

    My time matters to me and every time I'm getting my vehicle serviced at Gunn they show me that my time matters to them as well. Getting an appointment is quick and easy. The Service personnel are very polite and knowledgeable. The service work is completed promptly and correctly the first time. I have nothing but great things to say about Gunn Chevy.

    The waiting room was welcoming and spotless. The restrooms were beautifully clean and our experience was great! We did well when we bought our Chevy from Gunn!

    I purchased a 205100pm Camaro from Gunn in Jan 2015. There was a problem with the read end drive train (making noise). I brought it in and Gunn performed GM authorized repairs. Now, the noise has returned, I was told this is normal now? So I left with only an oil change and was told if it gets worse being it back. My 5 year power train warranty runs out in 2 months. I not overly confident in the out come of all this. I did thou appreciate my service writer Jason G. He was very personable and upfront. He was easy to do business with and cared about the situation.     Stopped in for quick oil change and tire rotation before going on extended trip. I appreciate the extra complete vehicle check plus they did a quick bolt tighten recall item. I feel that much better for my trip.

    Prompt service and friendly people. Clean loaner vehicle. Took three messages and a call to a salesperson to get a response from the service department when trying get my vehicle in for repairs.

    Had two cars in and the 2004 Tahoe had an issue concerning Monitor which developed after a visit earlier this year. We were told to bring back in when my daughter returned. There was no note left on my account as to what it was and what was promised.

    Very pleased with the timely fashion of my vehicle being finished. I also greatly appreciated the loaner vehicle after my vehicle was going to be in the shop over night.
