My salesman, Mr. Ruiz, knew I was not going to purchase anything that day and that I just needed to have something to think about,… but he was very attentive even knowing that. The day we went back for the actual purchase, he remembered the makes and models of the cars I was interested in and even made a few recommendation. We took his recommendations and ended up purchasing a 2025 Chey Colorado. He worked with our trade in and discounts and we walked out with a better deal than we had ever envisioned. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Gunn Chevrolet and it won't be the last.Gary Combs

Great Experience at GUNN Chevy!

Steven reached out via telephone after I expressed interest online and the conversation was easy and we were on our way. He greeted us and had a plan to show us what… we were looking for and was knowledgeable about each vehicle. We went on a test drive and the whole choosing process was actually really fun! Once we negotiated trade, we closed the deal with Mattie who was so efficient and simply a joy! Everyone we interacted with at Gunn was so fun, kind, and the entire day was just awesome. We really want recognize Steven and Mattie who are just two human gems who really went above and beyond to make our experience amazing in purchasing our dream Texas truck!Emvaldez03

by scott247 on 02/26/2018Went to go and trade in a 2017 Acadia Limited for a 2018 Traverse. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and pre-approved for financing. Salesman thought it would be a good tactic for negotiating trade in value by presenting us with the… TWIX report and offering us a full $2k under book value and saying you are asking more than you paid for your car? Sorry to inform them know we got an incredible deal on the car and what we paid has zero baring on current market value. Buyer beware. They will look up what you paid and how long ago and will then offer you less, regardless of actual market value. Steer clear.Truly No Hassle --2nd Traverse

Excellent first time experience

He was friendly, answered all the questions, showed us around the dealership, stayed with us when we waited and made sure everything went well. Our car had to have a recall… taken care of before we could do the contract and he set all of that up for us. The finance manager, Kinneth, was great, too. He had everything ready and got us through the paperwork quickly when we came back to get the car. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely come back to Gunn in the future. We were given a loaner vehicle and I was disappointed in that experience. The truck was dirty and there was hair all over the inside. The people in the service center were nice, though, and got us in and out quickly.Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review, Kim. Finance guys Mickael did great work getting us the truck that I really… wanted. Thanks guys! Yes, once we went to a competitor and no we did not buy from the guys (off on Bandera). Previous vehicles brought from Gunn. 2002 Chrysler minivan, 2004 GMC Savana (still driving this), 2006 Chevy Malibu LS, 2012 Chevy Cruze LS, 2014 Chevy 2.0 Turbo Diesel (son's car) 2014 Chevy Silverado crew cab WT and now my new 2016 Chevy Silverado Texas Edition crew cab LT. Even though we were there for much of the day he continued to stay connected to me and… my daughters. The Best Buy gift card was a nice surprise. I wasn't expecting that at all.
