She listened to me as to what kind of truck I wanted and the price that I wanted to pay. She made a recommendation and I looked at it and… then looked at a few more. I had already pretty much decided that the first truck that she suggested was the keeper. Jennifer completely walked me through the whole process. by mco6 on 12/14/2012updated 07/25/2025Our car broke down when we were out of town. we brought it to seguin chevrolet. they told us it was a common problem and would be fixed right away. we sat there all day friday. the best part of all is they said they didnt know what was… wrong with it and hadnt even looked at the car yet. To cut the story short, we sat there for 3 days and watched them work on the car for may be 2 hours in 3 days. The only resolution they could come up with to spend more money wait 3 more day and the best part of all is they had no idea if that would work. We were stranded for 3 days, had to stay in hotels, and get the car shipped back to our house. Then we took it to another dealership and it was fixed within 2 hours. This dealership has the worst customer service as you will be laughed at, very incompetent technicians, and managers who only want to make money
