I went and grabbed a quick lunch and my car was waiting for me when I got back. John made me aware of some potential issues… that the tech found that I should keep an eye on. John was very professional, clear and concise and made sure all my questions were answered. Very hard to find service that genuinely cares about the customer anymore. 100% will be back.Thank you so much for pointing out John's professionalism. He is such a great guy. We will see you next time.

I pulled into Glenn Polk Chevrolet of Sanger and was greeted by their service advisor Chase… Wood. He was very friendly and showed concern for my situation. He told me they would get it taken care of quickly so I could get back on the road. His professionalism was outstanding. When he introduced himself to me he said his name was Chase, like the bank, but a lot less money. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone in need of servicing their vehicle. Fast service AND a good waiting area
