Ask For Chase!
by Riley on 09/08/2024I needed my transmission looked at! Chase let me bring my truck in that same day and helped me out with way more than just the transmission! THEY CHECK EVERYTHING! They ordered me new parts and got in all done within a week. My truck runs… like it’s brand new again. Chase called and gave me check ups every few days and the process was just very very easy.Thank you, Riley. Chase and his team make it a priority to invest additional resources to make sure we look beyond the initial customer concern to ensure the safety and reliability of their vehicle. He said he would figure it out and to head that way. He made me feel like he was trying to help me instead of… brushing me off. Went back a few days ago and had the same experience. Couldn’t recommend Chase and this dealership more.Thank you for the return visit and high recommendations to Chase and the team.

Was able to easily schedule some routine service on my Blazer for the following week. We will only use… Glenn Polk of Sanger for our vehicle service needs.Thank you, Sara. John is a great guy. Folks bring their vehicles to him for routine maintenance because of the service experience and the competitive pricing. We are usually cheaper than the quick lube-type places. Enjoy your Blazer!!

Inspection
by Ken F on 08/22/2024It was time for my vehicle inspection. All my tags are due the same month. I took my car and travel trailer in. Inspections were done and they passed. Then I took my farm truck in. It failed due to windshield wipers. They laid the ticket… down. I returned the next day. I replaced the wipers and it passed. They could have done a lot of things that would have been a pain, but they worked with me. They are definitely customer oriented.Thank you, Ken. We do everything we can to work with our customers - no matter the situation.

I went in for air-conditioning service, and even though everyone is so far behind with the Texas heat, they were able to diagnose it rather quickly and get the problem handled. It’s a newer… car and it’s under warranty And they made It an easy transaction. My Service advisor was Chase and he promptly made an appointment for me To drop it off that same day. He Kept me informed on the situation on my car and just didn’t let it sit there for a few days. They expedited the process, knowing I was going out of town and tried to really help me out. It was super awesome experience and the dealership is very nice. It’s not The disappointment that so often accompanies visiting a car dealership. I can’t recommend them enough to people.Thank you so much, Jenny. This Texas heat can sure be brutal to handle if your AC is not working, and I love to hear that the gpolk team took good care of you. Thank you for the high recommendations.

Instead of test driving one car, we were happy to buy two cars from Jenny Jo. In my 60… years I have bought and sold many vehicles. This was by far the best buying experience we have ever had! Outstanding Customer Service and Quality Work

They found that I needed a new fuel pump immediately. They were able to contact my insurance company and get… most of the service covered by Endurance insurance. Now I feel comfortable getting on the road without fear of a breakdown. Thanks Chase and Glenn Polk Chevrolet for excellent service!
