Best dealership experience ever!

I’ve worked with other dealerships in the past and during this search and these guys are just different in the best ways.… Once we settled on a deal the closing/financing process was so quick and efficient and I was in and out in no time. Cannot recommend them enough. Worth driving to from anywhere in the DFW area.Thank you very much, Eric. People drive all over the DFW and Southern Oklahoma area to do business with us.

by Olivia on 09/30/2024Brought my car in on Fri before leaving town. Wed afternoon had had no communication. Callled. Was told I’d hear something by end-of-day. I didn’t. Called again Thurs a.m. “Getting on it now.” Was ready within 2-3 hrs. Electronics in… transmission not covered by warranty. Left a clean car. Steering wheel and floor board dirty when returned. This dealership is so convenient, but they are going to have to step up their game.Thank you for sharing this with me, Olivia. Communication will make or break you, and it sounds like we didn't perform well. As you can see from our reviews, this is definitely out of character for our Sanger team. I'm not sure what was on their plate those few days to cause it, but I apologize. I will also get with the team about the cleanliness. Don't give up on us; we will do better.
3rd Chevy Dealership was the Charm

They were as good or better, and they worked with me to meet my needs.… When I am ready to replace my Wife’s car, I will be contacting Glenn Poke Chevy First.Thank you, Danny.
