onBrought my car in on Fri before leaving town. Wed afternoon had had no communication. Callled. Was told I’d hear something by end-of-day. I didn’t. Called again Thurs a.m. “Getting on it now.” Was ready within 2-3 hrs. Electronics in transmission not covered by warranty. Left a clean car. Steering wheel and floor board dirty when returned. This dealership is so convenient, but they are going to have to step up their game.

Thank you for sharing this with me, Olivia. Communication will make or break you, and it sounds like we didn't perform well. As you can see from our reviews, this is definitely out of character for our Sanger team. I'm not sure what was on their plate those few days to cause it, but I apologize. I will also get with the team about the cleanliness. Don't give up on us; we will do better.
