Due to cost of repairs and age of the vehicle i decided to go speak with the sales team about… getting a new vehicle. Kathie was very helpful and made the negotiating process simple working the deal to get me the vehicle i wanted in my budget(including giving me a fair trade in value on a non-driveable truck). Chris in the finance dept have detailed and easy to understand options regarding warranties and made the paperwork portion quick and painless. Everyone is spoke with at Glenn Polk of Sanger made me happy to be doing business there and I look forward to years of satisfied service on my new truck.This is what I love to hear about our team, Cole. Great Service

But I felt like Chase gave me his full attention, made sure I had everything I needed and answered all… questions I had. I’ve only lived in the area for about 7 months and this is my 3rd (2 oil changes and a recall) visit to the Sanger location. I’ve been very impressed and when it comes time for a new car, I know where I’ll be looking atWonderful!!!! Welcome to the area, Erin and we will see you next time:)

He keeps customers informed of recalls and needed maintenance or repairs, but is not pushy about it. Service is always… done properly and in a timely manner. Scheduling service is easy.
