Very professional sale lady that helped me.

by Jeff on 04/20/2021I'm grateful for the work the Service Department did on my truck. I would like to have been informed by phone how the job was progressing each day. I had called on Saturday and while the shop was open I had to leave a message, but never got… a call back until the truck was ready 2 days later. And then I had to call to find out what the status of the service was before getting a call back. No time frame was promised, just that parts were coming in on Monday after the weekend.I will certainly work on the communication process. I completely agree. We have a fantastic team at that location, but they are one person light and it does put us in a bind. I am happy to hear it all worked out and we will do better.

I was even able to learn new features on my 2020 Equinox from the service manager while I waitedI am very happy to hear that the team is taking such good care of folks. Our employees are willing to go beyond the scope of their department and have fun doing it:)

Trouble with trailer lights
by Joe on 04/15/2021Service dept understood the problem and did what could be done to correct it. Unfortunately, the problem lies with GM engineering, so unable to correct the problem. However, they were able to advise me on a work-around. Very pleased with… the effort they put in.I wish we could have resolved it from the dealer level, but happy to hear my team figured out the work-around. Thank you too.
