onI'm grateful for the work the Service Department did on my truck. I would like to have been informed by phone how the job was progressing each day. I had called on Saturday and while the shop was open I had to leave a message, but never got a call back until the truck was ready 2 days later. And then I had to call to find out what the status of the service was before getting a call back. No time frame was promised, just that parts were coming in on Monday after the weekend.

I will certainly work on the communication process. I completely agree. We have a fantastic team at that location, but they are one person light and it does put us in a bind. I am happy to hear it all worked out and we will do better.
