Great Service Department

I brought in my 2016 Silverado with a odd issue with the actuator knob that changes from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive. They took me in for diagnosis… immediately found the problem. Then ordered the part and repaired it in the morning of the next day. I was treated like family and made to feel like my repair needs were the most important issue they had. I will be bringing my 3 white Chevrolet vehicles here for service going forward.Looooooooooove this review::)) Thank you for sharing this and we will see you next time.
Outrages prices

Thank youThank you for your business, and yes, prices on everything has climbed during these shortages. We hope things will settle back to normal in 2022. This is the craziest I have ever seen things in my 28 years of the car business.

Cost was Double
by Mike Mason on 10/28/2021I called dealership and asked for the price of a replacement key-dealership said $59-i said ok-the final bill was $118. The dealership failed to mention the additional cost of labor for programming-I will drive to Dallas before I’ll go back… to Glen Polk!Great Place

4 hour wait after having an appointment!
by Jayne on 10/13/2021I made an appointment a week and a half in advance. Got there on time. And I waited in the shop for 4 hours!!! Never have I waited any where else with an appointment for that long! Never going back.Fast efficient service.

by Jack Walters on 09/14/2021Customer service lacks the personal touch. Did not offer car wash as most dealerships due there days.I am sorry you felt we deserve two stars Jack. My team there in Sanger usually is quite the opposite. Glenn Polk Auto Group purchased that location in 2019 and it is an old facility. We will be building a new one soon, but unfortunately, we don't have the means to wash everyone's vehicle at this time. Hopefully that will change in the near future. Please don't give up on us, thank you.

What the hell?
by Jeff Heuman on 07/21/2021I dropped my truck off at 9am for it’s scheduled 10am oil change in Gainesville and said I would be back before lunch. I came back at 11 and my truck did not receive its oil change. They put people ahead of my scheduled time. And, told me… they could take it in now. I had other time commitments hence the reason I scheduled it for 10. Shawn Cannon didn’t seem to care that I had bought 3 new vehicles from them in the past year and this type of behavior was costing them business by his comments. I scheduled a follow up at the one in Sanger. I sat and waited on it this time. They changed the oil and told me one of the cameras was not working would I like it looked at. I confirmed that it was under warranty and said yes. When I paid for my oil change (no courtesy oil change for the earlier flub up) I asked what was wrong with camera. Seems they never told the technician to look at it and would I like to schedule an appointment to have it looked at. I asked that their error be noted and the fact it was under warranty and they said they couldn’t do that. Again, wth?Friendly, good service
