Customer service lacks the personal touch. Did not offer car wash as most dealerships due there days.

I am sorry you felt we deserve two stars Jack. My team there in Sanger usually is quite the opposite. Glenn Polk Auto Group purchased that location in 2019 and it is an old facility. We will be building a new one soon, but unfortunately, we don't have the means to wash everyone's vehicle at this time. Hopefully that will change in the near future. Please don't give up on us, thank you.
