I met Frank at a Glen Polk dealership in Gainesville, found a car I liked in Sanger. He came down and walked me through the sale. I know that is there job, but they were very friendly and helpful.

I was one my way to Gainesville, Texas when my tire pressure warning light came on and indicated that my rear passenger side tire was at 24lbs. I pulled into Glenn Polk Chevrolet of Sanger and was greeted by their service advisor Chase Wood. He was very friendly and showed concern for my situation. He told me they would get it taken care of quickly so I could get back on the road. His professionalism was outstanding. When he introduced himself to me he said his name was Chase, like the bank, but a lot less money. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone in need of servicing their vehicle. They treated like family! Chase - thank you for the incredible experience.

This is my second visit to this dealership for service of various kinds. Both experiences have been great and easy. Working with Chase in Service Management has been a pleasure. The current services offered for our vehicles of different makes. The plans for new construction going from 6 or 8 bays to 16 or more bays. The current staff from who answers the phone to the top management. These are the likes.

This place is a hidden gem. The dealership is efficient. They were able to get me in a little early on Saturday, they had coffee available, and a place for my daughter to color. They got me in and out and explained charges- such a great place!

Dropped off early Friday AM and within 1 hour called to say the vehicle was ready. At pick up the advisor went over what service should be done at the time of the next oil change.
