Great work on serious problem

Had to have new oil pan put on 10 yr old Enclave with 241k miles. I had no idea about how involved or expensive the project was. II appreciate the efforts of Chase Wood to get us a loaner vehicle and keep us posted about the progress on the extended time. Wish it had not taken so long but I am convinced that the work is top quality and that Chase and the technician did all they could to do quality work and tried their best to keep costs as low as possible. It is nice to know that a dealership will try hard to give a client the best work possible and try to keep costs as low as possible. I never used a dealership for maintenance and repairs before using Polk but I plan to use Polk in Sanger for all car repairs. Great job!!!
