Great service and friendly employees, but unexplained vehicle noises ...
by Juan_J on 12/31/2014updated 01/07/2015I gave the dealership an excellent rating because the work performed on this visit deserved it and then I gave the dealership a below neutral rating in wether or not I would recommend them to a friend, family member of colleague because… even though I was more than satisfied with the quick work they did in performing the services I needed and also because when I reported an unusual sound coming from the engine compartment they "blew me off" and stated that unless I receive a notification, "little light in the vehicle's display", there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and they also explain that the sound is normal for some vehicles; i.e., some vehicles make the sound and some don't and for this reason I give them a below neutral rating in that area ...Vara Chevrolet - 2012 Equinox

I knew I'd more than likely be made an offer when I arrived but figured I'd be told the same thing every other dealership told me, "sorry we can't help you today" or "only with a… $2000 down payment". But Art and the others at Vara Chevrolet were determined to get me in a new vehicle and stop me from making a bad investment on the vehicle I planned on buying from another dealer. I never in a million years thought I'd leave that dealer ship with a brand new car and an awesome deal to top it off. I don't know how they did it but I love my new car and will be forever grateful for what they've done for me. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be returning for future purchases.Great buy
