Kai took the time to explain what the problem might be, asked if I had a warranty, called me when the vehicle was ready. She also found out the bad part was covered under the manufacturers warranty and the work was free. Win!

My experience at Vara was awesome! My salesman Carlos did a fantastic job of making sure I drove away in the right car for me. The staff was very nice and helpful. I never felt pressured to buy something that I didn't want. I am definitely recommending Vara to my friends and family.

The service attendant that took care of me was very professional and treated me like I was his #1 Priority. He ensured that I received a loner vehicle that was equivalent to my current truck. I didn't go to Vara Chevrolet planning to buy a vehicle. I knew I'd more than likely be made an offer when I arrived but figured I'd be told the same thing every other dealership told me, "sorry we can't help you today" or "only with a $2000 down payment". But Art and the others at Vara Chevrolet were determined to get me in a new vehicle and stop me from making a bad investment on the vehicle I planned on buying from another dealer. I never in a million years thought I'd leave that dealer ship with a brand new car and an awesome deal to top it off. I don't know how they did it but I love my new car and will be forever grateful for what they've done for me. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be returning for future purchases.

I love Domingo V.! This is the third Vehicle I have purchased from Vara in the last 10 years! I encourage everyone to visit Vara! They are honest, straight forward, and they will treat you like a customer should be treated! I have to also tell you that I also have Vara maintain and service all my vehicles. The service dept is top rate and honest! Vara is worth your time if you want a good deal and a great price and they will treat you with respect!
