I gave the dealership an excellent rating because the work performed on this visit deserved it and then I gave the dealership a below neutral rating in wether or not I would recommend them to a friend, family member of colleague because even though I was more than satisfied with the quick work they did in performing the services I needed and also because when I reported an unusual sound coming from the engine compartment they "blew me off" and stated that unless I receive a notification, "little light in the vehicle's display", there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and they also explain that the sound is normal for some vehicles; i.e., some vehicles make the sound and some don't and for this reason I give them a below neutral rating in that area ...
