by Lcj on 11/17/2021I was so impressed from the minute I drove up to the bay. I was greeted with a smile from Christian P. I was so taken by his hospitality and patience. My VW Passat had issues I was unaware of and the attention to remedy the repair was rapid… and thorough. I was given the opportunity to work everything to budget for a later day. Christian ensured me every now and then the repair they were working on would be completed . I must say his Customer Service Skills were undoubtedly the epitome of how a customer should be treated. My receipt showed everything suggested or completed. I was told I had a nail in my tire I wasn't even aware of! Thank You So Much for going above and beyond! Fell Flat

The only reason I feel it was serviced then was because I inquired about the status of my vehicle. If I have an appointment scheduled that’s when I should be… seen. Not 2 hours later.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize the service completion time last longer than you had anticipated. Efficient, honest, and very helpful team

I was greeted by almost everyone in the room with smiles and offers to help once it was my turn. Carlos was the service specialist I worked with. He… was very honest answering all of my questions and took the time to give me his professional opinion on the required services my 10-year old car needed for a 100K service. I did not feel like I was being “sold” services that were not necessary, but was given options with explanations to them choose from. I left the dealership during the service and Carlos ensured ti reached out twice before completing any services that were not previous discussed. All services were completed in an extremely timely manner and my payment and car pick up was efficient and painless. Carlos and the rest of the team went above and beyond! I will continue to bring my car to VW AH and will highly recommend the services to any and all other VW owners.
