Happy Client
by mitsu_david on 12/30/2014I recently leased a S60. Excellent experience. I feel they gave me as much as they could to get the deal done and more than I expected. I had an '04 S40 that they serviced for several years until I traded it in a few years back. Service was… excellent - car was terrible. With my lease I will have no worries about being stuck with a lemon. And I feel the people there genuinely care about my experiencecouldn't ask for better dealership
by drvoodoo on 09/17/2014my wife and i went to buy an xc60. but, we drove and v60 and it was pretty nice but we couldnt decide if it was for us. so the dealer said take it home drive it for 4 days bring it back and if you like it buy if not no problem. we brought… it back in 2 days and decided it was not a fit for us. we wanted larger car with more interior space. so the dealer gave me and xc60 to take home for a few days and test drive it. i do no know a lot of dealers who would do that. we love the xc60 and will be buying one.it has all the technology you could ask for. the auto-stop alone is mind blowing. if you want to be treated right by super nice and helpful people than go here to buy your next awesome car.Volvo Center review
by onc on 08/27/2008I leased my 2008 S80 from Volvo Center in San Antonio. I dealt with Bob Welch in sales. He is a great guy, was genuinely interested in finding what car I need and did not try to sell me anything else. We negotiated in person and through… e-mails and I got a great deal. They also gave me an extra $500 on my trade in than any other dealer including Carmax (it was a Nissan). Great car and will definitely buy from them again.Listen and you will receive...
by rawkofno on 05/08/2011updated 05/31/2025My experience at this dealership was dismal, old fashioned sales techniques and quite intrusive. I began my test drive with an email stating I would like to test this car in comparison to others I'm looking at. No response. Strike 1! I… then arrived at the dealership on a slow Monday afternoon to test a C30 with a manual transmission. Non were available yet their site begged to differ. I went with it. The salesman, whom I shall leave nameless was a very nice guy but who rather seemed to know little of the product he was "selling". A little word to the sales manager: Product Knowledge is VERY important. Rather than ask me what features I wanted the salesman took me to the most expensive R model on the lot then of course asked me if I was trading in anything....of course not, I'm test driving. I did have to explain several times to the salesman that I am not purchasing yet til I drive all the cars on my list. We arrived back at the dealership, and of course I was asked to sit dowm...and here it comes...." what can I do to earn your business TODAY". At that point I already decided that my effortless and extremely pleasant test drive with Mini was glowing like mountain of diamonds next to this dealership who clearly could care less for what I wanted but more for what he wanted...a sale.
