Bait and switch
by Anita Duke on 07/05/2024On Monday June 17th 2024 @ IPAC of San Antonio, I purchased a used car. Carlos Villalobos was salesperson. He drove us around several blocks then had me drive 3 blocks that lead us right back to the dealership. Carlos stated the price was… $20,000. Carlos left and his manager, Leo returns without him and told us we owed more on our çar than it was worth and we should just surrender it to the bank. He couldn't take the trade in but could sell us the car for $4000 down. We agreed to just purchase the car. In the finance office they began dealing papers at us faster than we could both sign. He was already talking about the next paper and giving it to me before my husband could finish signing the last one. I believe this was done intentionally so we wouldn’t catch on to the fact that they had thrown in a service contract (at a cost of over $4000 and we live 200 plus miles away from this dealership) and the fact that Leo had changed the cash price of the car from $20,000 to $33,000, with a total financed amount of $36,197. If we had heard or been clearly shown that this used car, after financing was going to cost us $53,000 we would have walked away. This car has also been damaged by some sort of rear collision. Not only were we not told about it, we were not allowed to get the car over 30 miles an hour, as it became blatantly obvious then. We left the dealership at 3:26pm and messaged Carlos at 3:44pm that there was something wrong, a wobble and strange sound from the back when I got up to highway speed. He did not answer my message, so my husband called him. He said his manager said we could not bring it back. We needed to file on the warranty. The price was raised (without telling us), a service contract was added (without telling us) and they deliberately keep the car from being driven over 30 miles an hour to hide the fact that it had been in a rear end collision. I believe that this was done with intent and this car puts me and my family at risk if I drive it.Worst car buying experience I ever had
by R Norton on 05/24/2024They do not honor advertised price with offer letter for financing and then play dumb on internet pricing. They will point out to read the small print. They will assure you a credit check to see if they can beat your financing offer is a… soft inquiry even when asked twice; this is NOT true. Their internet rep who I had been in contact with and paired me with my salesperson asked days after sale if I still was interested in a car. The sales manager brought in when I pointed out the huge difference in advertised price was very high pressure. When I was told, for example, that LoJack was included, like it or not I tried to walk away. He kept pushing. Was forced to buy LoJack because it wasn't optional but not included in price. Tires and wheels aren't optional either, but they haven't found away to capitalize on that yet. Had to go back twice to complete salesperson required videos because first time it was after dealer closed. Second time because salesperson didn't yet fully understand the system. Had to get an Uber to come back for my other car that they didn't even give me a price for (sold 2 days later for 3200.00 after I had been promised a ride to retrieve car. I will NEVER use again - you do what you will, but do ask about fine print and don't believe everything they say - they just want the sale. All dealerships want that, but every one I've dealt with prior had better ethics. Only giving 2 star instead of 1 star because at least they weren't rude.Delivering dreams

He was super kind and helped me find what I wanted, I eventually settled on a pathfinder because it was… such a slick car that I felt really comfortable in. Nick really made me feel welcomed and I'm really glad to be a part of the Nissan family. It's was really stress free and I'm really happy to be a valued Nissan customer.Don't trust them.
by Zeyd2001 on 09/19/2016dealer added extended warranty without my consent and didn't know for a few weeks, they sold my loan contract to a bad bank. When i call their call center is out of the states and they don't understand you and struggle with the English… language. They said they would fix it and it was a mistake but haven't sent the edited paper work to the new loan company. They keep ignoring my calls and saying the finance manager isn't their. They are a very bad car dealership i wish i would have read the reviews before i wen't and gave them my business. They treat people [non-permissible content removed] and screw them over after they get them to sign the dotted line. I pray if you do buy from them you read every word of what you sign and don't take their word for anything my loan is well above sticker price, and it was talked down 2k. I'm very pissed off and still waiting for them to fix it. Mistake [non-permissible content removed] they where just hoping the wouldn't notice.Very Professional

A relationship was formed by email and phone conversations prior to the purchase of the car, allowing me the confidence to… make the 8 hour round trip. Upon my arrival I found the car washed and ready to go. Loehman was very knowledgable about the car, taking time to show me all the workings of the car. The initial price presented was higher than what was previously agreed upon, but the written quote was honored. The process took more time than I anticipated while the finances were worked out, but Loehman handled this with great patience, going the extra mile to complete the transaction, making the whole experience pleasant. I even received a text during the ride home inquiring about my safety! Fair price + Professional Salesman = Happy Customer!Wonderful experiance

I was with my mother as she went to get her car serviced, my mother had mentioned I was thinking of buying a car soon as my '99 Saturn wouldn't last much as I had… no AC in it at the time. Nick was very nice and didn't pressure me as we looked at a camry which is what I had considered getting until nick showed me some Nissan's and I fell in love with the Sentra. Nick was very nice and him and George made my 1st time buying a new car very simple and while I stressed a bit about my credit, I was lucky for them to find something that was in my price range to pay and Valerie helped with financing. Valorie was very kind and showed me around the dealership so I would know where to go when it was time to do oil changes and maintenance to the car, she showed me the waiting area and she also gave me the info for my account so I could schedule for any maintenance as well do my oil changes. Overall, It felt like incredible buying a car from here and if I ever buy another car, this would be the 1st place I would and I would recommend all my friends and family to come here.Above and Beyond

However, I was delightfully surprised. I received a no pressure warm welcome. Louis was waiting… for me after I scheduled my appointment online. We skipped the introduction to every car for sale and moved right into my new vehicle. Negotiations were simple and they met my budget needs and even helped me obtain better financing. I initially found the vehicle I intended on purchasing on the Ingram Park nissan web site. I was planning… on being in the area of the dealership on a Monday and wanted to pickup the vehicle on my way back home. I phoned the dealership and spoke to a jason miranda, made an offer and asked what paperwork I needed to bring. I arrived at the dealership as promised with the required information, after 5 hours of standing around their showroom, I left without the vehicle. I spent a week sending same information to several different people at the dealership, very unorganized and unprofessional, the right hand had absolutely no idea what the left hand was doing. Finally approximately a week later the vehicle was delivered to my home, it was dirty and the fuel tank was empty.IPAC Nissan

When my wife and I turned down their ridiculously lowball offer, they refused to give us our keys back from the trade-in evaluation. Soon, three different IPAC managers tried to close the sale. Luckily, my wife and… I took separate cars and I drove back to our house to get the spare. Everyone from the salesperson to upper management needs to take an ethics class! Dont waste your time at IPAC, they wasted ours, we were there for 4 hrs!
