    Easy to make a service appt, friendly staff who explains price & work to be done. Sales staff is friendly & knowledgeable too!! I love how my car gets washed after the service is done. I appreciate it!

    Part is ordered and will be installed when it comes in. Everything is explained clearly to me and any questions asked were answered to my satisfaction. . I am always happy with Hyundai's service department.

    Don in the service department was awesome. He was very helpful and informative when I had a question. He was very patient with me when I could not be reached on the phone and we played phone tag for a little bit. Because of how nice Don was I would definitely recommend Texan Hyundai to everyone even if they do not have a Hyundai

    Always get the best service when I come into Texas Hyundai. Mike is always friendly and lets me know if anything else needs to be done. I am also glad that Steve is back.

    I brought the car in for three recalls and added a couple items that recently quit working properly. Texan Hyundai completed all the work in addition to the recall items and only took an additional 10 minutes - I was very pleased.

    This was my first visit to this dealership. Entering the service area was easy to find. I walked into the building and was not sure where to go as I did not see any employees. I stood at the cashier counter for about 4-5 minutes before I was greeted. I had made an appointment online for an oil change. After I was checked in it did take a little longer than I expected, but Mike kept giving me frequent updates throughout the duration of my wait. I felt that they were really doing there best to get everything done in a timely manner and they made it a priority to keep me updated. I will definitely be back for my next oil change.

    Brock was the rep who helped me by phone to set up an appointment for the service. Rose was my rep at the dealership. She was professional and friendly. She explained the invoice so I could understand the work done and why. I waited for the car and the work was done in a timely manner.

    I came in just for an oil change.The man at the desk went over and beyond to help me with questions I had on my car and to personally show me and advise me. I am a widow and only had my car a year after driving a 15 yr old truck. I feel like Texan Hyundai is a family now. Everyone is so helpful and courteous and willing to help. I go out of town to come here when another dealership is practically in my back yard. Thank you!!!
