I always thought five star ratings looked kind of fake. So here are the specifics: 1. I was able to get a price over the phone and the price did not change, plus the TTL and doc fee. That was it. 2. The finance guy Bud accidently included GAP (computer default), so the sales guy Tim drove 60 to bring me the papers to re-sign and save me $3 a month. 3. Tim, the sales guy, drove my car around back for two days until I was off work and could come and get it. The only down side? Coffee and water only while waiting (about an hour and a half walk in until drive out). Bring your own soda if you drink soda.
