  • Not happy

    We took our vehicle in for a 90k service and a safety inspection. They asked for our insurance which is needed for the inspection. After we got home I tried to renew my registration but it said the inspection wasn’t done. I waited 24 hours but still nothing in the system. Called back and they said it wasn’t done. We took it back in this morning to get the inspection done. Called first. Made an appointment. Once there they said their machine was frozen. No apology, no help. Everyone was rude. Very disappointing as we have used they for several years.

    Went in for oil change, axillary battery light was on. Sales representative informs me that since battery was replaced when vehicle was under warranty it was not covered under the 3 year warranty you gain when you purchase the battery. I was not happy about the manufacturer warranty not being honored. Otherwise, visit went well.

  • 1st Service on my car oil change

    Had my first oil change on my car today it was quick and easy an 1hr and a half they put air in my tires and checked all systems Ron Vigil was my service advisor and he was prompt and thorough in taking care of my cars needs

    sometime when the vehicle was there for repair my gas was siphoned from my car. had a full tank when dropping in off when i picked it up five day later only a 1/4 was left

    Very easy to schedule an appointment on line. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by a service advisor. Whet inside made all necessary edits for my appointment. I waited while work was completed. Even had text about additional items that were due and was able to opt out as I didn’t have the time today for them. Notified when truck ready. Told about all things completed during the service and the advisor walked me to my truck. A very nice experience today.

    Brought my truck to see about getting the failed dash pad replaced. I got a call in less then 48 hours that it was ready to be picked up. In that short time my advisor Ron coordinated with MOPAR to have it covered.

    Good experience with service writer and informative. He let me know what steps the mechanic/technician was taking to make sure the problem was solved and repaired. Now that we have our vehicle repaired, we’ll see how well the repair is and no more issues arise. On price fairness, on a repair like we had, there is no time to shop around. Prices are expensive all around so we don’t feel it’s a good question to answer at this time. Thank you

  • Service Shifter and Check Engine

    There were 36 different error codes that came up when I brought in my vehicle. The dealership service said it was the battery so they charged me $390.00 to replace the battery and do “programming “. I’ve never paid this much for a simple battery replacement. When I drove my car home from the dealership the service shifter message and electronic brake system light came on again. I brought it back to the service shop at the dealership again and was told the next possible issue was the clock spring. He ran a quote and said it would be $905.00, of which $721.00 was for the part. I looked up clock springs for my vehicle and found several parts dealers where the part was anywhere between $140 and $180…so why would the dealership charge over $700 for the same part. I’m extremely disappointed and will not bring my vehicle back unless every other shop is closed down or cannot fix an issue.

    Supposed to change oil, rotate and air up tires. Did not add air to tires, so as soon as I got in, the warning light came on. A simple thing that the vehicle tells you the second you turn it on. So someone parked the vehicle for me to pick up, seeing this error the whole time and didn’t think that maybe they should go back over and quickly take care of the issue.

    Ms. Christina Rico checked me in for an oil change. She was super friendly and straightforward. She gave me a wait time on how long it would take for my car to be done but finished WAY earlier than expected. Great customer service.
