My First Dodge
My jeep was violated
by Casares on 06/20/2024Picked up my Jeep wrangler on 5/21/24, after 6 weeks in service. My jeep was dirty, with what appeared to be finger and hand prints of grease in many areas. All 4 doors had been removed as well as the freedom panels. Paint was damaged… from the tops being removed and scratches inside the freedom panels. My windshield was cracked and a panel was damaged in the rear door. It looked like they tried to place the F.panels in back and slammed the door multiple times. The second seat where battery work was done had a huge smear of mud. After seeing the damages and 100 extra miles on my odometer, it's clear the technicians were joy riding in my jeep. I don't remember apologies, but do remember many excuses and how great the technician was. He was obviously a friend of the service manager. My vehicle was detailed and windshield replaced. The rear panel was replaced. I was left with a feeling like someone broke in my home and violated my property. I have scratches and left that we're not addressed because the service manager said I had no proof the top or doors were removed. I myself have never had the doors removed. Now water comes into my cab when I go through a carwash. Very unhappyThank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the damage to your car and the lack of resolution. My service person walked out after my truck was dropped off by a tow service to my surprise was able to determine it was just the batteries got two new batteries in and… got me out my way before they close.It sounds like your service person at the dealership acted quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue with your Dodge Ram 2500! Getting two new batteries installed and getting you back on the road before closing time is impressive.

Wasted time. TWICE
by Marcelo on 03/06/2024Came here with a preapproval in hand to buy a truck that they listed as available but it was at their Arlington BMW dealer according to the website. The salesperson tried to sell me a new dodge instead. Fine, I was interested in considering… it. But I told her what my parameters were and she insisted she could make it work. Wasted a couple hours of my time to find out they were way off and tried ripping me a new one on rate and lowballed my trade, even though they quoted me more through their online tool. I left. A couple of days later I drove to Arlington, they used my preapproval and I got the truck I wanted the whole time. Arlington was 10/10. Easy and fast deal, good rate and they gave me MORE for my trade than their online tool. Next I came in here today to see about a strange message on my radio regarding the SOS system. The service rep was very friendly and professional. She went to the GM to ask if they would service it and he said no. They told me they wouldn’t fix it and that it was Arlington’s problem to fix, even though they’re the same ownership. They had a chance to at least be my servicing dealer today but they lost that too. I’ll never do any business here. I sure love my truck though and wish they would’ve just sold me what I wanted the first time. Instead, they worked hard to make sure I wouldn’t do any business with them. Stay away from this dealership at all costs
by bflanagin on 01/25/2024I recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4xe from this dealership. Deposit was initially made Mon Jan 8 2024 and the purchase was finalized on Tues Jan 16 2024. I have had numerous issues during this time that are still… ongoing. Long story short I was sold a brand new car that I paid cash for that had a defective window when I took it off the lot and now has 26 miles on it and now the car won't start. It's not a battery issue. It is currently being worked on. Justin the sales advisor needs a course in customer service. Don't trust him. Lance the service advisor has been the only helpful person thus far for me. I emailed the GM Kelly McMullen on Sat Jan 20 about the litany of issues I have had and it's now Jan 24 and no response or phone call has been made. I'm appalled at this lack of accountability by them. I work in the customer service business and don't expect perfection. I don't expect perfection but at least be accountable for errors and mistakes and communicate appropriately with your customer. Go somewhere else, anywhere else for a car. I will forever regret going there and won't repeat this mistake again. I strongly encourage you to avoid them too.Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
