Found vehicle online and stopped in to check it out. Gabby Wiese was my salesperson and she was more than perfect. She understood my needs and expedited everything for me because I was in a time crunch. I was in and out in less time than a long lunch break. The vehicle exceeded my expectations and I could not be more satisfied. I personally hate car shopping and everything that comes with it and I expect she sensed that and made quick work and was straight to the point. Honestly made this an actual enjoyable experience. I live 5 hours away but I will make the drive to do business with them again.
Self-Serving, Unethical Business Practices

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I will start by saying I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state, and so I had to ask relatives to take time out of their day to drive to the dealership and look at the car for me. Shortly afterwards, I agreed to buy the car. I spent time setting up insurance, and began the necessary steps with the Salesman, Hector Gomez, to buy the vehicle. At 10am the next morning, I was informed that the car sold to another customer. Little did I know, even after having agreed to purchase the car, it was still being shown to other customers - ridiculous! After speaking on the phone with the manager and verifying what was occurring, they informed me it was "standard business practice" to sell to a customer who is physically there in person over someone in another state - nevermind one who agreed to purchase the car a day prior. I was completely bewildered by this. They stood by this "business practice" which I view as wholly unethical, and deem them as an untrustworthy dealership with shady business practices. After spending several hours with Hector, I was awaiting further instructions to wire money to them (and consequently stopped searching for cars), and they sold the car behind my back. They gave the initial outward impression of being friendly and caring, but in reality were unethical, deceitful, and entirely self-serving. It was a significant waste of time, and I will not be granting them any business anytime in the future.

I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service we received at your dealership. That was by far the fastest we have ever been taken care of buying a new car. Best Car buying experience ever!

I've been to several car lots and I have to say this was the best service by far. Charles Washington, my sales guy, was very quick and efficient. I told him what I was looking for and my budget and the 1st car he showed me what all I needed and more. The entire process from start to finish was quick and easy. I had my 2 year old with me and they kept that in mind and respected my time. The finance manager, Kevin Logan, was fast and detailed. He explained things to me over and over so I can take good notes and explain everything to my husband who was out of town that day. I used to be a Toyota lover but they made Ford fan out of me as long as my Ford last as long as my Toyota I will come back!

Recent Pre-Owned Car Purchase

After searching for weeks for a nice car for my 17 year old son, I found one at North Central Ford. Daniel Nunez helped us and made the purchase smooth and seamless. The car is in great shape and they gave me an additional $500 off the already great price. No forced warranty purchases also added to the experience. The dealership was impressively clean with lots of beautiful vehicles. I can't believe I am about to say this but this was the first time in years that I enjoyed going to a dealership and buying a car!

North Central Ford is the ONLY north Texas dealer for me!

This is the third vehicle I've purchased from North Central Ford within 14 months. The dealership is clean and easy to get to, and the people are all friendly and helpful. But what I appreciate the most is the fair pricing that is given right up front without having to haggle. I know some people enjoy that, but I don't. I'd rather be given their best offer without having to negotiate for it. The first time I went to North Central Ford, I had done my homework and knew what other dealers in my area were offering. The salesman at North Central Ford just gave me their best price without having to ask for it. I knew immediately it was a good and fair price (and much better than other dealers in the area), so I agreed without even having to make a counter offer. All of my vehicle purchases have been that easy and free of typical car-buying drama, so I don't even think about going anywhere.

Explorer service

I took my ford explorer to the dealership for service on a warning light and the guys took care of me with a shuttle service to the office in the morning. Once they were able to identify the problem, the explorer needed to be kept over night so the service department hooked me up with a rental for the night. The vehicle was ready for pick up the next day, making me a very satisfied customer.
