by jfritz17 on 04/13/2025I came later than scheduled and they were very kind about my tardiness. It took a couple hours for the oil change and engine additives(?) to be complete. The woman who checked my in (Maria?) encouraged me to do the engine additives and I… have no regrets. My car does run smoother than it had been. The price quoted was a little higher than the actual price. Nice surprise.Service work

Auto paint protection servicing

They treated my car and detailed the inside. It was niceeee! I went home and called me… when it was finished. Pick up and drop off was as expected. Thank youThank you for your detailed review! service failure
by JRSantos on 12/29/2022Have taken my 2020 truck to Reliable Chevrolet 3 times for the same thing and they are unable to repair it. At one time it stayed in the shop for over 2 months!! The truck is actually back again at the dealership for the same reason, we're… going on 2 more weeks now. If possible go elsewhere for your repairs.Great Service

by Old Soul on 05/31/2021Quality is NOT on Reliable Chevrolet body shop's list of concerns, not even at the bottom. If you don't care about your car or the value of your car after they're finished with it then find another body shop. I came to them with my older… Camaro SS because they were a Chevrolet dealer and I thought they may actually give it a little bit more care being it's a numbered, limited build Chevrolet vehicle than anyone else. NOPE! Couldn't have been more wrong. Every time the car went to them it came back wrong from leaving control arm bolts loose after an alignment to misaligned body panels, broken interior components to things like the radio and windows not even working any longer. IF I were to write it all this review would be too long for anyone to stay interested and probably already is. Just know this, they don't car how they do the job, they just want to do it as quickly as they can without ever even bothering to check if it was done right.Great service
