I came later than scheduled and they were very kind about my tardiness. It took a couple hours for the oil change and engine additives(?) to be complete. The woman who checked my in (Maria?) encouraged me to do the engine additives and I have no regrets. My car does run smoother than it had been. The price quoted was a little higher than the actual price. Nice surprise.
