    Arrived on time for my maintenance reservation, waited about 15 to 20 minutes for a representative to check me in, then waited another ~15 mins for the shuttle to take me to work. Love the fact that you offer a shuttle service, and the wait for that was understandable, but the wait to get checked in could be better. I was disappointed to learn that even though my mileage was at ~35k and I had been in twice before, both slightly before and slightly after 30k miles, my 30k mile maintenance hadn't been done yet. Overall it was a better experience than I've had at other dealerships but still room for improvement. Really I'm not sure the current process gives any benefit to making a reservation.

    Came in for battery issue. They fixed it under warranty and did a recall repair. They were quick and had excellent communication with me. Great service. G

    Brought car in due to side door latch recall from Ford Motor Co, and to get an oil change. Russell Huffman handled this for me, and did an excellent job. He has assisted me in the past and has always handled everything in a very professional manner.

    Ronnie was absolutely awesome. He helped me get my 2 recalls handled, my check engine light problem fixed, oil change, tire rotation and did it in such a professional manner. I highly recommend him and your North Central Ford team. You guys treat me like family and I appreciate everything that you do to help make me proud to have owned many vehicles from your dealership!

    Everything was super easy thanks to Joe M. He was a delight to work with and our Financing officer was awesome at getting us the best deal possible. We had a new car in 4 hours! This was the fastest and most stress free car buying experience we have ever had.

    I came in for an oil change and it was done in 30 minutes. I was happy that the dealership cared about my time and completed my request in a timely manner.

    Wonderful-the waiting room they have today is spacious, light, comfortable and friendly. The coffee was delicious and there was chilled water available. Outstanding service - last weekend before Thanksgiving and they got me in and out in no time. The maintenance program I purchased with my lease was on their system - I didn't have to present anything. Brilliant!

    John Whitmire is excellent. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Even though the Ford website was down, and the EasyCare warranty process is a hassle, he was able to quickly process our vehicle. Since the issue was tire pressure (our faulty pressure gauge) we were in and out in less than an hour.

    Great sales person (Melvin Anderson).... answered my questions and talked with wife well. No pressure. Answered my concerns about service experience if needed. Great sales manager (Kevin Mayes) helped find the car and get it to us quickly. Worked to get me the price I wanted to pay with our trade-in. Finance manager was also very nice and great with my kid. He gave me time to read through the extended warranty contract to make a decision... again, no pressure. Answered all my questions well.
