  • Late and poor quality workmanship

    Took truck in for oil change , air and oil filter replacement and tire rotation. Also asked for the shop to investigate and rectify noise and vibration issue. I made an appointment with those items listed. It took a day and a half to get my truck back and then later in the week when backing out I note the truck is leaking oil onto the garage floor. I checked to make sure the plug was at least not loose, and verified oil drops around the plug. I didn’t check the filter yet. Taking it to a local Midas to review for me and rectify as I cannot get into the dealer .. they are busy. Price quoted and charged , fair for the work , if it had been done with good quality. This is a diesel 3.0 duramax

    Love the fact that my service appointments are always completed within a good time frame! My vehicle is serviced exactly at the time set and not pushed aside unlike other dealerships if dealt with before! Y'all definitely deserve 5+stars for the service staff alone and waiting room! Always greeted and treated with respect and kindness ❤️

    Prompt attention by Service Representative and keeping me aware of service progress. Scheduled services for this visit completed by stated time frame. Clean, comfortable lobby with guest wifi and business center for customers to work while waiting. I will continue using Ewing Buick GMC in Plano and highly recommend this location.

    Jim Bearden in the Service Department is outstanding in providing assistance to this particular customer EVERYTIME. His customer service skills are Elite and he makes it happen. I never feel like a number and always feel like I'm getting a fair shake at servicing my vehicle which is not easy to find these days. I've purchased a lot of new vehicles over the years and dealt with many service departments, but Jim Bearden at the Ewing Service Dept is number one in customer service. They really know how to treat customers right.

  • Great service experience

    I had scheduled service that was a great experience. It was great to see the dealership fully staffed during a snow and ice storm and open for business. Service consultant handled everything professionally and with a smile. I was also provided additional info on recalls and even added new wiper blades to my oil change and tire rotation. The customer lounge was awesome as I was able to grab a coffee and utilize wifi to get work done.

  • Terrible Service Center

    Went to this service center 2 times. The first time they misdiagnosed my GMC Terrain and they did not give me a full report on issues. The second time I went here they could not tell me why my Terrain starts up and sounds like a diesel truck. The service advisor was not there to greet me and tell me what was done to my car or what the issues are. He left a handwritten, extensive list of parts amounting to $2200. No explanations were provided. I will never use this dealership/service center again. Frankly, the bad customer service starts in GMC Corporate, however, the service centers provide little to no condfidence or relief.

    My service rep, Tim W., was exceptional. He was very friendly, extremely patient (it took several days for me to pick up my car) and I did not feel at all like he was trying to pressure me into buying extra services. Therefore, I was much more willing (and did) purchase needed service repairs instead of going to a non-dealership service shop. I will be bringing my Buick Enclave back to Tim any time there is a repair or maintenance needed. He has earned my repeat business going forward.

    I recently purchased 2014 Serra with factory defects. Ewings professional service team identified and fixed the problems. I can purchase a truck at any dealership, but it’s the service after the sale that counts and keeps me coming back. Ewings service is the best of the best.

  • Buick Regal 2011 Service Call

    My 2011 Buick Regal was in need of a new battery. Took my car into the dealership on Saturday 9/28 and the Service Advisor Tim Walters was ready for my arrival. I was able to get some online work completed thanks to your free Wi-Fi service and I was on my way in a timely manner. Very pleased with the service I received from Ewing as well as the organized and thorough work of Tim Walters!
