We've had regular maintenance work & one time body work done at Tipton as well over… the years & found the prices comparable to other facilities in town. The staff in each department has always treated my wife with respect and courtesy. The sales process isn't high pressure and never feels sleazy like some of the places in Tyler or Houston. We shop around, but we always end up buying at Tipton.Best Place Ever to get a Car.

As with any dealership we were able to negotiate a price I think the dealership and I were happy with. We did have an… issue with the DVD player in the back not working. We brought the car back the following day and they immediately replaced it.
